GPU Crash from playing (Linux)

Hello so this new league my game keeps crashing my gpu which leads to whole pc crashing so I havent been able to play almost at all.

OS: Fedora 43 KDE Plasma 6.6.2
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
GPU: RX5700XT Nitro+

At first when it crashed I thought it was some cooler control problems which I removed and went on to use LACT cooler control but the crash still happened which then I thought maybe its not overclocked correctly for this specific game so I reset them to base but still same thing.
I tried Vulkan and both DX12-11 but it still happens, I thought maybe a specific league mechanic or something but its just happening randomly a bit after I start playing
I use Steam Tinker Launcher with latest Proton Ver to load up the game and play and it worked fine last league, I even had an outdated drivers 1080Ti at the time and didnt have this problem, with other games I do not have any problems so its this game specific only.
A friend suggested it might be the latest mesa drivers which I will have to try soon.

The current crash on the journal says:
