Corpse item didnt spawn corpse on the ground

After i try change item with raise spectre all spectres dies, and didnt spawn on the ground. Then any corpse item just stop produse corpse on the ground

After a hours of investigation, i discovered that my golems it corpses. Case closed, thanks everyone for help
