Many uniques dropping.

Is anyone else getting an unusually large amount of uniques dropping. Was this part of the ground loot buffs, some rarity buffs, or just me?

Not so much during the campaign, but once I hit maps, seem to be getting a lot. A lot of them seem to be coming from breech events in maps, which i'm spec'd into, where I drop like 4 at a time.
