Disconnected and lost Expensive Items

I picked up a bow from ritual with synth implicit for 25% chance to enemies to explode. also had some other random items, but main is the bow. When i wanted to leave the map i got disconnected and all items i got from the map just vanished?? i can attached screenshot of me linking the bow in chat to a friend. i dont have much currency in the league so needless to say im quite upset about the loss.

That's known as an instance crash.
