Black Barya dissapear Playstation

Black barya boss fight dissapear bug
1 you get him low hp and he goes into phase
2 you leave the arena down the stairs
3 standing around 5-10 sec
boss dissapears and never shows up again ( had it multiple times)

I Play on PS5.

It states 1 monster remaining, staying in instance or rezoning does not help. GGG staff, please investigate.
