Minion Pact support - Cannot be triggered

Minion Pact Support does not work with Cast When Damage Taken Support.

As you can see in the video, Fireball is triggered as expected, however no minion is consumed. There is no reference in the gem to Minion Pact not working with Trigger skills. This is a bug

Minion Pact’s effect occurs “on cast” - triggered skills are not cast. Behaviour is intended and consistent with the wording on the gem.

The Minion Pact gem really should just state it can't be triggered. A 0% quality has no effect at all when supporting a triggered spell. At the very least the skill description should include "when *you* cast", like most other such effects do. After all, all the trigger gems are literally named "Cast on X Support".
