Issues: call to arms & corruption area spawn

Hello,
I have 2 issues.
1. A call to arms - couldn't get the map device to work. After reading
forums, It was mentioned that sometimes this fixes itself on relogin.
Didn't help. Since then, I have entered Kingsmarch and stupidly used ALL
my maps in those devices. I go back to Kirac but he will not give me a
map and I am stuck with the quest unfulfilled (and seemingly untenable).
2. After reaching Kingsmarch, I have gone back through many areas
(~8hrs) looking for corrupted areas (to get ores so that I can mine) but
these area seem to not be spawning.

The Map system was overhauled in Patch 3.28.

You need to click on one of the Maps on the Atlas to choose which Map you want to run.

e.g. for Tier 1 Maps your options are these four;

Maps drop as loot.

If you have run out of Maps, farm Act 10 zones until a Map drops for you.
