Game Crash loosing loot

So i was mapping fine dropped nice loot and enlighten support played and after that the game crashed and i lost it all including the map in my hide portals gone , wth GGG

The instance on the server crashed which resulted in the game returning to the last server save point, hence items etc and portals gone.

they should fix this cause have been happening a lot had to do ascendancy's like a few times
