Extremely long loading time in town

I am having extremely long loading times when i tp to any town, or when i enter the game, i already tested and my loading times in maps or hideouts are 2-12 seconds, but any town it takes up to 2 minutes loading, i am using vulkan now but with dx12 it was the same, any ideas what i can do?

theres a grafix driver issue that is real, update yours just in case
thats it. but there is a lot of strain on the servers at league start
and some of the loadtime is unavoidable. if there are a few servers in
your area, for example canada and dc are very close. excellent pings
from eachother, try the other one. the nearest other server.
