Disconnected: Failed to connect to instance

Good Evening,

I crashed a while ago and have been unable to login for about 30 minutes now, every time I hit log in and try to get on a character I get "Abnormal Disconnection- Error: Failed to join any instances.

Effectively I'm locked out.
