Map dissapeared after being kicked out of the game

Hello Support Team,

I’d like to report an issue that happened during a map run.

I was running a Blight map with a friend. We entered the map normally and everything was working fine at first. However, suddenly both of us were kicked from the server at the same time. We were able to reconnect relatively quickly, but when we logged back in and returned to the area, all the portals were gone and the map instance no longer existed, as if it had never happened.

Because of this, the map was completely lost and we couldn’t continue the encounter.

Is there any way to recover the map or receive some kind of compensation for the lost instance?
