Impossible to play

Hello,
On path of exile, i've got a strange bug, when i am UNABLE to do anything (moving, attacking...) when i'm alone in an instance that is not my hideout I already tried : - Updating drivers - Checking game files - OS update - Rebooting internet - Resetting network card - Updating rooter - Changing realm (tried all EU realms) - Creating new character - Deleting Cache folders as advised by support What I've noticed is that the bug only happens when I am ALONE in an instance I'm able to play normally when an OTHER PLAYER is in the same map as me and is not on pause (escape button, passive tree, ritual shop...). When they do, the problem returns to normal and i'm stuck (as if the game is on pause) There is no link with the distance between 2 players as long as they're in the same area (Mirage area count as being different area) I've had this bug since today 6pm (Paris Time) and still have it (Equivalent to 1 frame every 15 seconds when alone, and normal when accompanied) Last bumped on Mar 11, 2026, 2:26:06 PM

That's a new one.
Could you post a screenshot of when you're alone in an instance? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

On the video, it shows "500ms", but it also do when i'm not lagging
sometimes, it shows 50ms, but it's also unplayable (shows 30ms on other graph) |
