Ping spikes every few seconds

Since the 3.28 patch i have been getting these random spikes in ping at random points through out the day. I have already contacted my ISP who have tried several fixes on their end.

try switch Networking mode to predictive and change server, hepls me for some time...

I'm already on Lockstep and have tried changing servers it happens on all the NA ones that i have tried. I also found that if I leave the zone by going back to previous zone or by going back to town and then coming back in, it will go away for a few until it comes back a zone or few zones later.

I will try predictive for a bit

Frankly, I'm baffled.

It's possible a new WinMTR log would capture something the previous one had missed. It does report a trace amount of packet loss creeping in in-or-around Disaster Networks's infrastructure that is variously described as being based in Springfield, Missouri or Marathon, Florida. But the packet loss reported in the log would not appear to explain the graph you're shown in-game.

Until and unless there's some new indication to the contrary, I would probably lean towards the issue being server-side. But based on both the rather low number of people posting about this issue, and you saying in Post #3 that the problem follows you from one gateway to another, I'm not at all confident in that assertion - it's very much a 'least bad' guess.

i made sure i was on a different server when creating it and that the issue was actively occurring. I hope this helps.
