No Sync Button In Poe 1 Mirage League

I use a filter from filterblade every league but this league the filter will not show up in game it shows in the poe filters on the website but refuses to show up in game I have downloaded it manually and it will not show up also tried several different things if anybody has anyway of possibly fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

i am going through steam and i have checked my file and its going straight to that i have also delete it and made it recreated the folder to see if that would fix it.

Hrm. It's neither an issue with file encoding, nor a OneDrive-induced problem. Those are the two most common causes of the game client struggling with files and folders.
Can I ask for a screenshot of the Game tab of your in-game Options menu? GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
