Guild social Screen corrupts game's UI

Hello GGG team and fellow Exiles.
Me and possibly many more people experience a bug which:

when entering Social Screen (J key) and going to Guild category to start Social to flicker and after about 5 seconds it causes whole game's UI to dissapear / get corrupted. It didnt happen in previous patches. After the flickers game looks like this permamently until I reset the client:
