Vaal Ruins portal missing after taking a break after Doryani sequence

Last night I unlocked the Vaal Ruins through the console with Doryani being present for the first time, which resulted in the extra cutscene and alternate portal. I knew I did not have time to finish the entire run, so I decided to take a break and continue today.

However, upon logging back in today, I am now met with an active temple on the console, but without any portal open to actually access said template, and my only option is to close it without clearing any of it at all, which isn't exactly ideal.

I have not yet tried actually closing it, but I would assume that that solves it. Can't say that I am very keen on doing that tho, with this being my very first and completely blind playthrough with no PoE experience, and I finally managed to set things up in a nice layout to collect so much. Just an overall very demotivating experience.

I know I've taken breaks after opening the ruins without issue before, so I can't help but think that it happened because of this special sequence of it being opened, and me leaving without entering.
