My Char is bug for CF?

My Lighting and Cold Resistance should max 79% and Fire resistance is 164% after i have Node Valako from Ascending. Why it read as half..
Please fix

Your screenshot doesn't show any indication of a bug.

Your Fire Resistance is capped at 79%, as it should be.

The screenshot shows neither your Maximum Cold Resistance nor your Maximum Lightning Resistance.

As I said; your screenshot shows neither your Maximum Cold Resistance, nor your Maximum Lightning Resistance - so we have no reason to believe there is a bug here.

The way the UI works is that it shows your current Resistance values, and then in brackets it shows your Uncapped Resistance values.

The way Valako, Storm's Embrace works is it causes increases to Maximum Fire Resistance to also apply to Maximum Cold Resistance and Maximum Lightning Resistance. But it doesn't give you more Resistances to those damage types - you still need enough Cold Resistance and Lightning Resistance to reach your higher caps, or the higher caps won't do anything.

What this ascendancy node does, is make any modifiers that have fire resistance, also give half that much to the other elemental resistances. It doesn't set you maximum resistance of the other two to the same as fire. So it is possible to have them lower.

By maps, the base ele res is -60 from the penalties, and you have -24 from you belt. I can see +17 all res on your tree, maybe you have some more somewhere, but I would need POB to see the accurate number. Not sure if there is more, for alira or other items.

Anyhow, this result is -67, which going off your image, would mean you have around about +230 on fire res mods. Half of that is 115, which means at the very least, without more all res or cold/lighting res, you would be under capped on those other elements. You likely need more fire res or more of these other mods, if you want to be capped.

The other ascendancy node afterwards, relates to the maximum possible you can have. As pointed out above, you still need to reach that potential maximum for it to count.

Yeah, I think this relates to both though. I think they don't exactly understand how it works, because the are asking why it is halved on their overall ele value for cold and lightning, against fire, when asking about just the max res node.

You are right in what you have described. The pob does make it hard to see the max value if the player is undercapped. Untill they get capped res on the other elemental resist they will not be benefitting from the max res ascendancy at all. It is confusing that I focused talking about the other node in my comment, but I think the answer to their query relates to both.
