Divine Blast labeled as attack skill

Not sure if this needs to be corrected on the Divine Blast skill or the Generals Cry skill. General's Cry " The Mirage Warriors each use a linked (ATTACK) skill once before dissipating". Dive Blast listed as " AoE, (ATTACK), Physical, Duration, Fire.

Is General's Cry incorrect and needs to change "ATTACK" with "Melee" or is Dive Blast incorrect and not an "ATTACK" skill?

I heard them talking about this in one of the interview. That it is intentional as the first skill they have added as attack, but without either melee or projectile tag.

That likely has follow on effect of it not being able to interact with other things. I'm not sure about GC interaction in particular, but I think it is intentional that it functions differently than other attack gems, and does not interact with these characteristics.
