blood-filled vessel - how to use in 3.28?!

I cant use blood-filled vessel in map device - on blood vessel it says use it map device, but when i put it in to map device, activate button turns grey and it says "blood-filled vessel cannot be used with map"
GGG? Please help/fix.

Unsure, I assume there is a was though, since it is still in the game. Haven't figured out what wall the slots are yet, since i'm just in white maps. Can it not just go in one of the 5 map slots under the map, in a similar way that it would of on the map device? You not using the keystone that blocks fragments?

You are putting it in the scarab slot, while trying to load a map?

I haven't done it on the new system yet, maybe someone can advise if this is the correct method. SO it has been filled and not working? Is this happening on all maps or one specific map?

Blood-filled Vessels are a Fragment that is essentially a Ritual Scarab.

That message matches what people have been reporting in cases where other scarabs can't be used, where it turns out that their Atlas Passive Tree had the keystone Unwavering Vision allocated (maps cannot be modified by Fragments, except for Divine Vessels).
