Breach in Mirage seems to be ~1/80 maps. Is this intended?

I believe Breach is bugged currently, as it nearly never spawns in Mirage. Surely this isn't intended. Any word on a fix soon?

Are you spec'd into breech? Your saying they are both spawning on your map, but don't seem to be spawning close together?
