Missing Genesis Tree Points

As a i mentioned i did all the requiring things for genesis tree points but im still missing some points, i skipped breaches in acts is it about that please help

You get points for 10 collected body parts:
4x unstable breaches
4x regular breach hives
1x breach fortress
1x hivebrain gland

While you're in the area with the tree you can check your quest state and it will tell you how many parts you've collected.
