Cannot Open Map in Karui Shores

I finished story right now.
In the epilogue after talking to Kirac and getting my free Tier 1 Map off of him I tried to open it in the Map Device down the stairs. All that opens is my empty Atlas and the map device stash. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug? You need to choose which Map you want to run.
Walk over to the Map Device, click on it, and click on one of the Maps in the Atlas. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

Yeah it's not completely obvious. I think mainly it is that the visual indicator for uncompleted map is quite hard to see, should probably be a bit more distinct, at least on the first 4 starting nodes.
