Can the Coin of Knowledge imbue Raise Spectre with Infernal Legion?

Everything indicates it should be possible, but I have been watching trade constantly since league launch and not one has been listed that I have seen. Is this combo locked out?

Bump. Still been watching for this combination, still ain't seen it. Is this possible? Has anyone seen it, or would any GGG member care to confirm it isn't possible? And if it isn't, and explanation for why would be appreciated.
