Long load times using TP to goto town

Why is there an obscenely long load time whenever teleporting to town? It is nearly 45 seconds to load in.... going back into map is sub 2 second...

Seems to be a recurring theme over the last few leagues, but this one for sure takes the cake.

Is anyone having to deal with this nonsense too?

45 seconds is very fast. what is your secret?
