Does the Nameless Seer still spawn in maps?

I've been running a bunch of maps with as many shrines as possible to make him spawn. Usually, it takes less than 10 Defiled cathedrals to make him appear. This time around, nothing... Has anyone seen him in maps yet?

I didn't see anything about it being removed, not sure though.
Sounds like you have been getting extreme favorable rng in the past for one thing. I know there is a lot of speculation of certain parameters that can be used to increase the spawn, but I think there is a lot of variance. There are quite a few posts of players on here saying they ran 300+ DC and didn't get it in previous leagues. |

You can also get a nameless from Mirage (with the reward that it shows up after you break the chain) - just got one.
