Followed item filters not appearing

Hi, i use the filters i follow in the game, but they are not loading or appearing, i dont know what to do to fix it, not even filterblade filters appear

How are you playing the game?
e.g. Steam client on Windows, GeForce Now on macOS, playing on Xbox... GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.

I use geforce now with steam, i cant use downloaded filters
