Getting Failed to connect to instance error since update.

I can connect to the login server and login, then authentication kicks off and is successful, but when I select a character it thinks for a while then I get a disconnected error.

I started a new char after the mirage go live and it let me play the first section leading up to Lioneye's watch, but upon entering it disconnected and now that character won't load either.

My video drivers are up to date and everything was working fine prior to the Mirage go live.
