Altas aafer Mirage league launching and Delve problems

After the launch of the Mirage league and the changes to the endgame (including the Atlas), are the Atlas Passive Tree points supposed to be recoverable in Standard?

When I logged into my character in Standard after the league started, my Atlas Passive Tree was completely empty – all nodes were reset and I currently have no points allocated. It looks like I would have to redo the entire Atlas progression from scratch.

Is this intended behavior, or is there a way to restore the previously earned Atlas Passive Points?

Also, is anyone else having issues with Delve? Some nodes in the Delve mine seem to be inaccessible even though I am right next to them and should normally be able to path to them. They just can't be selected or travelled to.

Is this a known issue, or am I missing something?

Unsure about Delve, but quite often in standard league, when there are major changes to the atlas, the progress gets wiped.

To deal with this, they have had "catchup" mechanics implemented, that lets players get their progress back. This in the past, has been done by running a legacy map with the correct attribute, to get all maps completed up to the tier below the map. I believe this also relates to the atlas passive skill points, because they are based off map completion.

Overall, terrible system that has needed a major overhaul for a long time. Hopefully they can address this in the next league, so it doesn't continue to happen.
