5way reset

Is there a way to reset the 5-way without using the Autoreset program? If there is, or if anyone knows, could you tell me how to do it?

I see videos and most of them use a program to reach or pass 10k. I’m not sure if it’s legal, but wouldn’t it be easier if the 5-way reset automatically just by standing still, without needing to leave?

I'm not sure, be careful though, sounds like something that might be risk with TOS.
