Loading into a new town feels like an eternity to load?

I've easily noticed getting into a town, from a waypoint or just by walking in takes so long to load. From memory it would load in what... 4 seconds? Now it never takes less than 8 seconds, and maybe because of lag issues I don't know but the longest I had to wait 22 seconds! This is just too long.

Does GGG acknowledge this and will it be fixed?
