Screams of the Desiccated - No Resistance Shrine from League Reveal

Am i stupid, or Resistance Shrine was removed from pool of shrines this belt can roll?
I cannot see it on a trade, or in trade filters.

If so - that is so stupid! New belt was presented with this shrine, it was hooked with massive buff it provides. And now it was just removed. What the hell?

It's not a bug, though.

Each of the different shrine buffs that the belt can offer are offered as seperate modifiers, rather than values for a single modifier.
Modifiers aren't added to the list of selectable stat filters until an item with that modifier is listed for trade. The same goes for items; for a time, you could search for Energy Blade weapons on the trade site as well.
