Cannot open corrupted maps

I have a standard character Flick_For_Dollars that ran a legacy tier 16 map to unlock all atlas passives except the nightmare ones. Afterwards, I can open other non-corrupted tier 16 maps, but when i click on activate for corrupted maps, the maps will not open. This is a very weird bug.

I figured out the issue. I have "Twist of Fate" Keystone allocated as an atlas passive. Once unallocated, I can open the corrupted maps. The bug is that if you have "Twist of Fate" allocated, you cannot open corrupted maps.
