The Map receptable is not showing, can't open maps

In the epilogue quest "A Call to arms" I am asked to open a map with the Map Device. However, there is only a "extra slot inventory of 20 slots". The part where I put in the map and press activate is missing completely. Checked with other characters in hideout, and it is also missing there.

You access it now by clicking on a blue colour (hard to see) icon near the centre of the Atlas.
