[Standard] Map Device not spawning in personal hideout after "A Call to Arms" quest

I have completed the "A Call to Arms" quest by talking to Commander Kirac in Karui Shores and received the T1 map. However, when I enter my personal hideout via `/hideout`, the map device does not spawn. I have tried refreshing with F5, restarting the game, and resetting my hideout, but the issue persists.
