League mechanic and heist

After running some heist contacts, i no longer have the league mechanic in any zones. At the start of act 6. I have restarted the game but still not fixed. Has anyone else had this issue.

(Edit: actually just a thought, how much did you level in heist? If you are more than 10 levels over the zone, it may have stopped spawning. If so, continue through until the zone level has caught up to that range and you might see them spawning again. Looks like you are quite leveled now, and this has probably resolved itself in maps, but that may of been the reason.)

Not that i've seen, but most people don't run heist during campaign, so potentially you have encountered something unusual.

I would continue to run the campaign, if you get towards end of act 6 and are not having any spawning, probably check the bug section and make a post if other aren't encountering it. I didn't notice them stop spawning at any time in the campaign. Didn't run any heist yet though.
