Final boss fight in act Ii against Jamanra

Please help not able to fight or see where the boss is while in loading to the 2nd phase to the boss my character and Jamanra goes invisible for some reason. I even restarted the game but not able to see where his movements are and mine are also. Jamanra, The abomination.
