Snipe being a triggered skill

My offmeta niche build is a case that I would be able to use Thunderstorm, and possibly the new bow skill as well.

problem is, my build cannot function without using snipe support in the main link. i need to convert the skill into a channeling skill, and this is the only way.


Snipe is still using the skill itself, but ALSO counts as triggering the skill. This means i cant use these skills intended to be manually cast, even though i am trying to manually cast them.


Please adjust snipe to modify the skill itself rather than trigger the skill.
