Clean Up Mode (Optional like SSF and Ruthless)

I'm a returning player from 2013-2016 era of PoE1. I enjoy running maps with low clutter like how it was back then. The "back to basics" node was removed from the Atlas Tree 2 years ago, so I don't have that option without draw backs.

As a suggestion, I was wondering if there could be an additional ladder for characters that want a more ruthless endgame only. Remove the Atlas Passive Tree from these characters and have influenced content harder to find.
