make a "orb of perfection" where u can choose which t1 mods u want to add to an item, so it would create the best perfect item u desire. ofc it would need to be so rare only 10 drop every league.

we have such item already, it's called mirror of kalandra.

It doesn't add just one mod, it adds a whole item. Pick up somethng from the mirror shop, pay the fee and there you go.

it copies, it does not create new perfect items. im talking about a orb that gives the maximum number of mods and lets u select them. so u can make absolute perfect item u want if u find one, and wont need to craft. ofc such a orb needs to be extremely rare due to its power, much rarer than mirror. mostly importantly it should not be attainable through kingsmarch (which is wat makes mirror lose a lot of its value), it must be found in maps.

This item would make little sense in modern PoE because a "normal" 6 perfect mod item is worth far less then a mirror. Mirror crafted gear these days is pretty much always either on exclusive bases such as synt bases or heist bases or have an absurd amount of influenced/elevated mods. A T 1 life - triple t1 ele res t1 armour- t1 whatever leather belt is basically worth a couple of divines. And certainly you dont want an Orb that just can create anything in the game since that would completly elimate the entire concept of mirror tier crafting.
