Sacrificial Chamber wont respawn after being destroyed!

Hi. i have destoryed my tier3 sacrificial chamber room incase to fix my chain but it never dropped back even after spending 100+ crystals i have google the issue and found some players experience the same issue. Please GGG fix this bug!
