No windowed full screen

not able to change to full screen windowed in launcher or steam just freezes up until it reverts back to full screen

I'm had the same problem, but found a fix. After FS -->> FS/Windowed didn't work I tried Full Screen -->> Windowed. That worked, so I then then set it to FS/Windowed and it now functions properly. It's a weird fix to the problem.

I have NVdia RTX 4070, with current driver updated (v 591.86, 27 Jan 26). When it was bugging out, none of the option buttons or "Revert/Keep Changes" buttons had any text on them if that helps. They were where there as usual, just blank.

I have been having this same issue for years.

It's set to Windowed Fullscreen. I have my task bar at the top of my screen (Windows 10) and every time PoE loads it's bumped down so that the bottom inch or so is off the screen.

If I go full screen it fixes it, then I can choose Windowed Fullscreen again and there seems to be about a 50/50 chance that it'll just work fine instantly or will freeze up for 15 second, try to re-render and miss half the details, then either crash or revert back to regular Fullscreen.
