Act 3, cannot click on dialogue or information with interactable object

In Act 3, in the Jungle Ruins? (I believe that is what it is called) there is a interactable object that is supposed to give us information or dialogue but every time I open it the dialogue box opens for a split second before closing. It is for the spoilers: Please fix. I noticed this issue since I like to explore the whole area.
