CANNOT ACCESS UBER ARBITER OF ASH PLEASE HELP

As the title says I cannot access uber arbiter of ash.

Ive beaten reg arbiter, beaten the enhanced citadel bosses

Have the calamity fragments, beaten anomaly maps

Yet when i go to the door it just says insert crisis frags

What am I missing or is my game bugged?

I have this exact same issue, I’m bummed to see that no one has responded to this. I’ve got all 10 points allocated and all of it, really frustrated.

need to switch difficulty at the door, then insert fragments.
