Is Abyssal Modifier tablet mod actually working??

Tablet has the % Chance for Abyssal monsters in map to have abyssal modifiers but when I TAB inside the map to see the list of active mods I cannot see it listed anywhere.

It also doesn't feel like there's more Abyssal Modded rares in my Abysses.
