Will Previous Weapon Packs Get New Weapons?

This may have been answered already. I couldn't find it. Sorry!

Will weapon packs that are released already have new weapons included in them as the new weapons release? Like, when sword comes out, will there be a Vaal Chrono Seer weapon skin for it?
