does Shadow Dancing passive proc before Ghost Dance spirit skill calculates ES return?

I want to know if its worth investing in Shadow Dancing (30% more evasion when hit) for the significant boost it could bring to Ghost Dance payout of ES (5% of Evasion sent to recharging ES).
