Tavakai blocking The Hooded one

Due to where I killed Tavakai the Hooded one was unable to move or continue his animation for curing Tavakai and Makoru.
I am now stuck in the quest progression. Last bumped on Feb 27, 2026, 7:50:18 PM

I am stuck as well. I've reset and killed him in numerous spots. Hooded one starts animations, but never says anything or heals the girl. I'm stuck. I've had all conversations in town.
