Cannot drop the Mastodon Tusks

Since the patch last night I am unable to drop the Mastodon Tusks for the Act 2 quest. I tried to respawn from checkpoint and logging out and back in.

Same for me, no dev reply, tried killing mastadon first, didnt work, tried removing corpse consuming gem, still dosent work.

I sent an email to there accounts department! in the hope of them passing it on and getting a reply, This issue has posts from over a year! wth?
