Vaal temple crash causes lost item

I was running a vaal temple in the campaign. I used a Bench to exalt my weapon, and the game disconnected: on relog the temple closed and my weapon is lost.

I had the same issue and lost my unique staff, PLEASE HOW CAN I GET IT BACK

Yepp... temples are a car crash tonight. I had a couple of crashes, lost 12 crystals and some Divs.

Then I got disconnected a few more times from the temple, the ziggurat refuge, the character select screen etc..

Then I was back in the temple foyer area with the terminal, Divs gone but crystals back - apparently rolled back. Clearly things aren't happy. Again.
