Very frequent encounter "An unexpected disconnection occurred"

Randomly some areas that I enter will be very lag and eventually it just disconnected despite repeatedly entering it, which is frustrating. It can be maps / hideout, some other day the same area will not have lag issue. RNG to the core.

CPU: Ryzen5 7600X
GPU: RTX2070 Super
RAM: 32GB

Renderer: DirectX12, tried changing it to D11 but no improvement
Triple Buffering: Enabled, slight improvement when I disable it, as in it is still lag but able to sustain longer before disconnected.
Multithreading: Enabled
